The Padi Open Water Course will enable you to dive with another qualified diver anywhere in the world independent of an instructor.  The course begins with both theory and swimming pool training; this will provide you with the skills that you will need to complete the second part of the course, open water.  

The open water training introduces you to diving without the constraints of the swimming pool.  Whilst completing this part of the course you will use all of the skills that you learnt during your theory and pool work, putting them into practice in open water.  This course will not only provide you with a lot of fun, but also the knowledge and skills necessary for safe enjoyable diving. 

Course requirements 

You will be asked to complete a medical self certification questionnaire, demonstrate your swimming ability by swimming 200 metres (any stroke) and complete a 10 minute float / tread water exercise.

 Equipment

All scuba equipment is provided all you need to bring is a towel and a swimsuit.

Duration 

40 Hours (approximately). All training is structured around times and dates to suit you.
